Please contact us through the following web form if you have any problems with your 2B Tech instruments.  This will create a service ticket with email alerts going to all of our technical staff. If you prefer, you may also email us at: [email protected]

Please provide the serial number of your instrument in the form below.  

If you are experiencing problems, it will greatly aid our troubleshooting efforts if you would:

1. Use the serial connection of the instrument to capture some raw data, and
2. Send the (raw, unmodified) data to us in a text file, attached to the Customer Service Webform below. 

This will help us get to the bottom of the issue more quickly as we assist you.  Thank you.
